Personal interests

I am interested in trauma and long standing characteriological difficulties. Some people find that they have experienced difficulties for most of their lives and find it difficult to exactly identify when they started feeling anxious, depressed, having relationship difficulties. This interest led me to become an accredited Advanced Schema Focused Therapist. I am also a trained EMDR clinician.
