About me

I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 25 years experience in both the Hospital and Sports settings. I have worked with and have an extensive network of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Physicians, Coaches and Fitness Experts. I specialise in 'hard to shift' pain and dysfunction with traditional physiotherapy, acupuncture, pilates, rehabilitation, biomechanics and shockwave (ESWT) as treatments. My background in Elite Sport helps me to treat al sports injuries with focussed effective skills, care and attention. I also run clinical pilates, weight lifting, HiiT and rehabilitation classes at my studio.
