About me
Robert studied Medicine at Cambridge University. After a period of research into primary liver cancer, for which he was awarded an MD, he completed general surgical registrar training in South London. He undertook specialist training in Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant Surgery at Kings College and Royal London Hospitals. He was appointed Consultant in Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery at University Hospital Birmingham in 2011. He performs the full range of procedures for benign and cancerous conditions of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas. He has developed a special interest in laparoscopic surgery, including liver resection, pancreatic surgery and adrenalectomy.
