Mr. Barham is a Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon having completed advanced Fellowship training in Neuro-orthopaedic Spinal Surgery in Adelaide, South Australia, a centre with an international reputation. He is expert in managing degenerative conditions of the spine such as sciatica, back pain and spinal stenosis. He has a sensible, conservative approach to managing these conditions. He regularly performs lumbar and cervical surgeries if the painful conditions do not settle with simple non-surgical methods (ie. physiotherapy, pain killers or injections).
