About me

Hello, so you are looking for a therapist, maybe I can help. Here you will get a warm welcome and a quiet comfortable space in which to explore.

I offer an informal friendly service and strongly believe that therapy should you fit you as we are all different. You can sit and chat in my comfortable therapy room, or if you prefer we can take a walk in the park. For the more creative there are art materials and plenty of games and toys, puppets as I am trained in play and family therapy for my younger clients.

It doesn't matter if its anxiety, depression or a life event you are struggling with. I believe at times there are traumatic events in our lives we may need support to recover from.

Here we do a complete stock take of your life and I'll help you understand how your body and brain works so you can understsnd yourself better. Changing relational patterns can take a bit of time but it is possible to thrive again after difficult times.
