About me
Dr Rahman is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at University College Hospital and Honorary Associate Professor at University College London. He is a luminal Gastroenterologist with extensive experience in general gastroenterology and hepatology.
He is strongly committed to furthering field of gastroenterology through translational research. He obtained his PhD investigating the immunopathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease and has multiple high impact publications in renowned peer-reviewed scientific journals including The Lancet, Gut and Journal of Experimental Medicine. He remains actively involved in undergraduate/postgraduate teaching and research at UCLH/UCL.
This combination of education, research and tertiary clinical practice ensures Dr Rahman has the skills and expertise to provide the highest level of treatment and an excellent standard of care to his patients.
