About us
I have 15 years of experience as a Person Centred Counsellor, accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP]; registration number 578708.
During 2017, I achieved a postgraduate MSc in Play Therapy from the University of South Wales. Creativity in counselling therapy facilitates the support of clients of any age; I am a registered member of the British Association of Play Therapists [BAPT]; registration number 1252.
Creative ways to symbolise experiences during counselling may be helpful to adults who have had adverse experiences in childhood.
Face to face sessions are available via Zoom video technology for clients unable to travel to my consulting room.

Trauma; Miscarriage; Work-related Stress, Individual therapy for Personal Development; Depression; Bereavement; Anxiety disorders.
In regard to patient outcome measures for adult counselling, we use CORE (Counselling Outcome in Routine Evaluation) questionnaires.
