About me
I am able to cater for the individual needs of adults, couples, and children. I use an Integrative approach which means drawing on and blending specific types of therapies to suit the individual client and their specific situation. Just talking to someone confidentially who is not a friend or family member can make all the difference. Counselling provides a regular time for those in distress to consider their feelings and talk about their problems. As a counsellor I can help you develop better ways of coping, allowing you to live the life you deserve.
