About me

I have been an integrated psychotherapist since 2001. This means that I use a wide range of skills and techniques to enable you to understand yourself, see different options and have choice which can offer you a way forward.
I offer both short and long term work to help you find your own solutions to problems or difficulties that you might be facing.I offer EMDR in addition to the above and can integrate into your therapeutic treatment especially if you are experiencing trauma or have suffered any adverse childhood experiences.
This is a relaxed, peaceful and tranquil environment. I see you as a whole person which includes body mind and spirit and offer a contained safe therapeutic relationship.
