-Set up an Early Inflammatory Arthritis Clinic at Hull Royal Infirmary to facilitate early targeted treatment
-Prepared Guidelines for the management of Temporal (Giant Cell) arteritis and educated the local GPs for better management of the condition in the region
-Clinical Governance lead for Rheumatology Services in Hull & East Riding from 2010 for 8 years
- Medical education lead for Rheumatology department at Hull Royal Infirmary
-Training Programme Director for General Internal Medicine, Yorkshire & Humber Deanery
-Maintaining regular contacts with the patient group “Hull & East Riding Arthritis Care (HERAC)”, involved in patient education and self care by giving them regular talks. Helped HERAC win 2 awards (National & Regional) for best charity group
