About me

Since qualifying in 1991 I have built up a breadth of experience over almost 30;years. Initially I worked in NHS and private hospitals in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Oxford and Perth where I built up general experience in junior rotations. I specialised in MSK work in 1996, working as a senior Physiotherapist for 5 years in Newcastle before returning to the North East of Scotland. I worked in NHS and private posts doing MSK work in Aberdeen before setting up my own private practice, Optimum Physio, in 2011.

My current work is mainly MSK based, doing clinics, home visits and Pilates classes at my Deeside studio.
