About me

Dr. Nillie Teymouri is a registered consultant osteopath with over 20 years' clinical experience supporting patients with musculoskeletal pain, injury rehabilitation, and complex presentations where symptoms can be persistent or recurrent. Her approach is thorough and individualised focused on understanding the drivers of pain and dysfunction, explaining findings clearly, and creating a tailored treatment plan to help patients achieve sustainable, long-term improvement.

She trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds academic training in Genetics and Immunology, alongside postgraduate-level study in Immunology at Imperial College London, and a Doctorate.
Dr. Nillie has treated patients across the lifespan, including newborns, older adults, and pregnant and post-partum women, and is experienced in managing both everyday and high-performance demands. She previously worked with the Franco Dragone Entertainment Group, providing care for professional dancers and athletes with a focus on rehabilitation, pain management, load management, and return-to-performance support.

Clinical interests include acute and persistent (chronic) musculoskeletal pain, including neck and back pain, disc-related symptoms (including prolapsed/herniated discs) and sciatica, as well as inflammatory musculoskeletal presentations. She also offers gentle osteopathic care for infants, including a cranial osteopathic approach where appropriate.
