Hello, I have been practising as an Integrative Therapist for over 20 years now and find that this way of working both helpful and beneficial for my clients as we are able to adapt the therapy required by each individual/couple and tailor the work to their requirements. I am a Registered Senior Accredited BACP Counsellor and an Individual Member of BABCP, MfiL, registered with Bupa and NADA. I use a variety of approaches Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, CBT, Inner Child Work, Psychodynamic to adapt to the way my clients issues are affecting them. I work with a variety of issues ranging from Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Work place Stress, Relationship difficulties, Anger Issues and have found that the ability for a client to feel understood and heard is vital.

I have previously worked in the mental health field for over 18 years facilitating groups in both therapeutic work and creative courses to help alleviate distressing symptoms. All levels of symptoms from mild depression to anger issues.

I have taught all levels of Counselling qualification together with Confidence Building, Assertiveness and Drug and Alcohol Awareness for over 10 years now and thoroughly enjoy this.
