About me
I'm Victoria Germain, a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, who heads up the service. I have worked for 2 greater London boroughs (NHS), the communication charity ICAN and was the head therapist of a National Autistic Society accredited school for 10 years. I bring over 20 years experience across a range of settings and client groups with a particular passion in relation to autism.
In my role as company director of Speech Therapy Life I have set up service level frameworks for nurseries, mainstream schools, specialist schools, sixth forms, post 19 provisions and social care services. I also lead on diagnosis, individual programs / therapy, consultancy and training.
I became a Speech and Language Therapist after watching my family struggle to get the right support for those we cared about. I want to work together on this journey to make life better for you, and those you support, so you don't face the struggles I have witnessed first-hand.
