About me

Please note: I am currently working face to face and online, using Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp video, and FaceTime.

I have wheelchair access.

I have been in private practice since 1982. I work with adults and young adults, from the age of 15. Alongside the counselling/psychotherapy, I provide psychotherapy and body image work to clients with eating disorders.

Alongside my private practice, I have 25 years of experience as a physiotherapist, using psychotherapy skills, working in Mental Health for the Cambridge and Peterborough Foundation Trust, (CPFT), specialising in working with eating disorder patients.

I am retired from this work, but continue to be employed as a sessional therapist for the eating disorder service, where I co-run a body image group for patients of the CPFT eating disorder service.
