About me
I am a highly specialised Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and i am accredited with the BABCP and BACP. I have 20 years experience working in the area of Mental Health and abide strictly by NICE guidelines and the Step Care Model. I attend clinical supervision monthly and attend CPD in relation to keeping up-to-date with best practice.
I am also an evidenced based CBT practitioner and an EMDR practitioner. My experience has been gained working in GP Practices, Counselling Organisations and the NHS.
