About me

I am an experienced and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist offering a comprehensive CBT service both face to face and online. This practical treatment helps people deal with a range of physical and psychological problems, including anxiety and depression.

I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing ) which is the NICE recommended therapy for PTSD.

I work from my clinic which is based outside Oswestry at Maesbury Marsh.
