Fit and Able means Fit for Work, Fit for Sport and Fit for Life. We strive to ensure our clients can achieve a full recovery in all areas of their life.

Our aim is to provide good quality physiotherapy to all; and we achieve this by providing a local service to the NHS alongside our private work.
