About me
I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist providing psychotherapy and counselling to adult individuals and couples. As a clinician I work relationally whilst drawing on a number of psychological approaches such as Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, and Relational Self-Psychology. Where appropriate I also draw on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques (CBT). In order that the clients I work with feel safe in the therapy I believe it's important that they encounter a warm, relaxed and empathically responsive therapeutic environment.
