About me

I am an ex professional footballer who played for 14 years with Nottingham Forest, Manchester City and Barnsley and also represented Northern Ireland winning 31 caps. I then trained as a Physio and worked with Nottingham Forest FC for 10 years as their physiotherapist.I now specialise in a treatment for chronic pain, using a treatment called Intramuscular stimulation (IMS). It can also be used to treat any acute injuries with immediate results. There are only around 15 IMS practitioners in the UK. It can help those people who have pain every day in their lives and who maybe have been told nothing else can done for them. With IMS that can change. It is widely used throughout Canada and USA.Anyone who has IMS can immediately get relief from their pain and at last give them hope that there is a treatment that actually works and helps restore them back to normal life , free from pain.
