About me

I am a clinical psychologist based in Cambridge. I have worked privately since 2011 and before that for the NHS (I still do one day per week for the NHS staff mental health service). I draw on a variety of different therapeutic approaches under the umbrella of CBT which include EMDR, schema informed therapy, parts work, attachment theory and compassionate mind work. Over the years I have increasingly found myself working with the more complex presentations where the underpinnings of someone's difficulties is trauma based. This can be either the very obvious traumas or alternatively the more subtle hidden attachment trauma.
