About me

Qualified in 2002 with extensive experience of many conditions within the NHS and the private sector. I have progressed to complete an MSc at Kings College London from which my thesis formed part of a publication concerning muscle control around the shoulder girdle.
My special interests are the shoulder, back and neck pain (including headaches), and long term rehabilitation with return to sports. I currently work very closely with orthopaedic surgeons on complex cases of shoulder and knee pathology and am the resident physio shoulder specialist at the London Independent Hospital.
I began in Physio Health in 2011 and have established links with local GPs and Consultants to ensure complete care.
I have worked with Arsenal academy and have provided physio cover for 2 local football leagues.
