About me
I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon with a specialist interest in surgery of the foot and ankle. I am originally from East Anglia and went to University in Nottingham. I undertook my higher surgical training on the south coast and gained fellowship training in Sydney and London. I returned to East Anglia in 2010 to take up my substantive consultant post in Peterborough.
In addition to my clinical practice in Peterborough I am a member of the International Bone Research Association, The British Foot and Ankle Association and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. I regularly lecture to both national and international audiences and I have recently chaired the IBRA advanced foot and ankle course in London with delegates traveling from as far afield as North and South America, Australia and Europe to attend.
My clinical practice covers all areas of Foot and Ankle surgery including sports injuries, degenerative and inflammatory disorders and deformity. I work closely with podiatry and physiotherapy colleagues to ensure that all options for treatment are available and explored.
