About me

Lee graduated from Sydney, Australia in 1997. She has general gynaecology and subspecialty accreditation in reproductive medicine and surgery from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology, UK since 2010. Lee has PhD awarded by the University of Oxford.

Lee has been appointed as NHS Fertility Lead Consultant at the Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) NHS Foundation Trust since 2010.

The range of services provided includes contraception, preconception counselling, fertility, one-stop gynaecology scan and consultation, premature ovarian insufficiency, premenstrual syndrome, menopause, Hormone replacement therapy, recurrent miscarriage, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroid, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, menstrual disorders and post-menopausal bleeding.

Lee operates on fertility optimisation surgery, removing uterine polyps, septum or uterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome), endometriosis excision, removing uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and hysterectomy.

Lee is very keen on patient safety, she took on the role of Gynaecology Clinical Governance and audit lead at OUH.

Lee has always been very passionate about training junior doctors; she was the Oxford Deanery Training Program Director and teaching lead for many years.

In 2016, Lee was nominated for the RCOG National Trainer of the Year Award. 2004 Nominated European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology Best Young Clinician Award 2003 Nominated British Fertility Society Best Young Scientist Award 2000 Nominated British Fertility Society Best Young Clinician Award.

Lee is married with two children and a dog. Her husband is a consultant paediatrician. She enjoys playing guitar and golf with her family. Other than English, she is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
