About me

I am a Consultant Specialist in Gynaecology, Reproductive Medicine, and Minimal Access & Robotic Surgery including Endometriosis and Fibroid Surgery based in London.

I am an expert in the management of several gynaecological conditions including endometriosis, fibroids, infertility, uterine anomalies/septum, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, miscarriage, and surgical issues in Maternity such as abdominal cerclage, Abnormal Invasive Placenta �AIP� and uterine trauma. I specialise in advanced gynaecological surgery having performed more than 1000 complex operations and am currently the Lead for BSGE Endometriosis Centre at both London Bridge and King's College Hospitals and Lead for Reproductive Surgery and Complex and Robotic Gynaecology at King's College Hospital. I have a wide range of research interests which has led to several publications and presentations. I am actively involved in the training, examination, supervision and mentoring of students, specialists, and fellow Consultants.

I qualified in 1990 and trained in various hospitals and clinics in the UK and abroad. I completed a research degree MD �Doctor of Medicine� in Reproductive Medicine at the University of Edinburgh, followed by advanced training in Reproductive Medicine, and Minimal Access Surgery at University College Hospital London. I was appointed as a NHS Consultant in 2008 and admitted as Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologists 'FRCOG' in 2013.
