Perioperative outcomes after transition from conventional to minimally invasive Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy in a specialized center; Presentation and survival of operable esophageal cancer in patients 55 years of age and below; Multivariate analysis of clinicopathological factors influencing survival following esophagectomy for cancer; Intraoperative cholangiography facilitates simple transcystic clearance of ductal stones in units without expertise for laparoscopic bile duct surgery.
