About me

I am a female cardiologist from Ayrshire, Scotland. I graduated from St Andrews and Aberdeen university in 1996. I trained as a cardiologist in Glasgow and undertook a period of postgraduate study in order to gain a higher degree (MD) from the University of Glasgow. I became a substantive NHS Consultant cardiologist in 2008 and currently work at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley in addition to BMI Ross Hall Hospital, Glasgow.
I am skilled in all areas of general cardiology and currently perform a high volume of pacemaker implants in my NHS practice.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 2 young children as well as playing the French horn and piano.
