About me
I am a recognised expert in laser prostate surgery and have mentored and taught many colleagues in HoLEP. I run a number of national and international HoLEP training courses and remain actively involved in advancing surgical standards in this field.
I am part of the PULSAR UroLift research team and have treated many men with the UroLift procedure, performed under both general and local anaesthesia. I also contribute to the UK?ROPE study on prostate artery embolisation.
I offer an extensive range of treatments for men with enlarged prostates, including those with very large prostates who may have been declined keyhole surgery elsewhere. In addition, I am a high?volume laparoscopic kidney surgeon.
I perform prostate biopsies via both the transperineal and transrectal routes, as well as cognitively guided MRI?targeted prostate biopsies.
I provide rectal spacing using the SpaceOAR implant for men preparing for radiotherapy or proton beam therapy.
Alongside these specialist services, I offer a comprehensive general urology service covering most urological disorders.
