I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years - both in a NHS setting within a GP practice and in private practice. I work with individuals from age 16 upwards, and with couples, both short term and long term. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, health problems and family difficulties, personal growth and finding direction in life.
