About me

Hi, I'm Craig, a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) therapist. I'm here to help you understand and change the thoughts and behaviours that are causing you distress.

I know that it can be difficult to talk about what's going on in your life, but I'm here to listen and offer support. I'll work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that meets your individual needs.

CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented therapy that has been proven effective for a wide range of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, and more. It's based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are all interconnected. By changing the way we think, we can change the way we feel and behave.

I'm committed to providing you with the highest quality of care. I'm compassionate, understanding, and non-judgemental. I'll work with you to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

If you're ready to make a change, I encourage you to contact me today. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have and help you get started on the path to recovery.

I have worked as a therapist for over twenty years and have experience of working with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
My current practice leans towards CBT and I have experience of working with the full range of psychologial disorders for which there is an evidence base for CBT.
