Hi, I'm Craig, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I'm here to help you understand and change the way you relate to your thoughts and the behaviours that are causing you distress.
I know that it can be difficult to talk about what's going on in your life, but I'm here to listen and offer support. I'll work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that meets your individual needs.
CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented therapy that has been proven effective for a wide range of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, and more. It's based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are all interconnected. By changing the way we relate to our thoughts, we can change the way we feel and behave.

I have worked as a therapist for over twenty five years and have experience of working with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
