About me

I have been a counsellor for over 23 years, and I'm an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with considerable experience of working as a counsellor/pyschotherapist in health, education and private practice.
I am an approachable, warm person who can work sensitively and productively with a range of personal issues and mental health concerns. I form close working relationships providing a safe, non-judgemental space in which to explore relevant issues and experiences.
I work with people in person or by zoom if that is preferred.
