About me

With a clinical background in mental health and addictions and an operational background in both the public and private sectors, I provide a range of supportive interventions for individuals, couples, groups and families. Qualified in Systemic Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervision, Conflict Resolution, 'BrainSpotting' (Similar to EMDR), Trauma work, Coaching, Coaching Supervision and Organisational Development, I have the skills and knowledge to work with a range of clients. I use a pragmatic and appreciative approach where problems and solutions are explored within a collaborative framework, in line with the clients' context.
