About me
30 years experience delivering counselling and psychotherapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of issues and levels of distress.
The aim is to help my clients find through their own unique experience of the therapeutic work the resources that will support them into a fruitful and well integrated experience of life, in relationship with self and others
My approach is integrative, collaborative and multi-modal. The therapeutic journey takes
clients through gradual stages of integration of the traumatised parts: from Trauma to Resilience, from Self compassion to Self agency.
