About me

Dr Dhar has extensive clinical experience in the NHS and private sector as a senior clinician. He has been a Clinical Director for mental health services in London, a Commissioner in the NHS. He also is a non practising Barrister and holds an MBA with a focus on organisational behaviour and executive coaching. He was also an honorary academic at the Institute of Psychiatry. His clinical practice interests include work stress and burnout; Adult ADHD; bipolar disorder, anxiety and depressive disorders, organisational behaviour and psychiatric reports addressing stress; burnout, and general psychiatric conditions for employment matters and for legal purposes at the high court.
