About me

Mr Colin Senior qualified from Nottingham medical school in 1998. He spent time in London including one year at the Royal London Hospital Trauma Unit, before entering higher surgical training in orthopaedics within the Wessex region. He is fellowship trained in the sub-specialities of arthroplasty, shoulder, and trauma surgery during a year spent in Auckland, New Zealand.

Colin is currently based at Dorset County Hospital; with a lead role in trauma surgery he also enjoys a general orthopaedic interest, with a special interest in trauma, and shoulder surgery, and lower limb arthroplasty. As well as specialising in degenerative disease processes of joints he also deals with sports injuries.
