About me
I trained in Edinburgh, in the USA at the National Institutes of Health and in London. As Consultant and Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the London Chest Hospital, I lead the Heart Muscle Disease service and have a specialist interest in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) particularly with regard its utility in the inherited and inflammatory cardiomyopathies. I have an interest in cardiomyopathy research, in specialist training for inherited cardiac conditions and am a deputy editor of the Open Heart Journal.
