About me
I graduated from the University of Duesseldorf, Germany but then undertook my clinical general medical training in the UK. I trained in Neurology at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge as well as the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London. I was awarded a PhD for my work on the genetics of multiple sclerosis from the University of Cambridge. I currently work as a Neurology consultant at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kings Lynn and Addenbrookes Hospital Cambridge. I have wide experience in the management of general neurology patients, including headache, epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, neuropathies and multiple sclerosis. I have a subspecialty interest in neurogenetics, and conduct several clinics in hereditary neurological disorders, including national clinics for neurofibromatosis and ataxia telangiectasia..
