Professional Background

Mr. Jon Campion is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, specialising in knee and hip surgery. He practices privately at the Three Shires Hospital in Northampton.

Mr. Campion qualified from St. Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School, London, in 1997, and completed his foundational medical training in London. In 1998�1999, he worked in Australia, gaining diverse clinical experience in emergency medicine and as a rural "bush doctor" in West Queensland.
Surgical Training and Fellowships

Began surgical training in Bath in 2000

Appointed to the Oxford Orthopaedic Training Programme in 2004

Achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Tr & Orth) in 2008

In 2009, Mr. Campion returned to Australia to pursue two prestigious fellowships:

The Melbourne Knee Fellowship, specialising in knee and sports injury surgery, with experience treating professional AFL and Rugby athletes

The Neil Bergman Arthroplasty Fellowship, focusing on complex hip and knee replacements, including computer-navigated surgery

Upon returning to the UK, he served as Senior Knee Fellow at the world-renowned Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford, further honing his expertise in partial knee replacement and complex ligament reconstruction.

In 2010, he was appointed Orthopaedic Consultant at Northampton General Hospital.
