About me
I principally manage foot and ankle conditions including arthroplasty and arthroscopic surgery of the foot and ankle, deformity correction and arthrodesis of the forefoot, mid foot, hind foot and ankle and the management of sports injuries.
I have a secondary interest in arthroscopic knee surgery and knee replacement.
I have been the Clinical Lead and Governance Lead for the Orthopaedic Department at Harrogate District Hospital. I was the inaugural Chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee for Harrogate Harlow Private services & the MAC speciality representative for BMI The Duchy Hospital. I am currently the Clinical Chair BMI The Duchy Hospital, part of the Circle Health Group. I am the Sector Tutor for Orthopaedic Higher Surgical Training and run the annual regional Mock FRCS (Tr & Orth) exams. I teach on local, national & international instructional courses.
I have presented and published research on foot, ankle & knee surgery nationally & internationally.
