About me

I am a full time spinal surgeon specialising in all aspects of spinal surgery apart from children's deformity surgery. After training in general Orthopaedic surgery, I underwent a dual Neurosurgical and Orthopaedic Spine Fellowship before taking up my consultant posts.

My main area of practice is in treatment of low back pain and degenerative conditions of the entire spine. I pay a lot of attention on advising non operative methods for treating most spinal problems. Where surgery is needed, I use minimally invasive / key hole techniques to decrease post operative pain and speed up recovery following surgery. I have a special interest in complex cervical spine surgery and minimally invasive techniques for spinal fusion.
