About me
Miss Zo� Woodward is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in East Kent Health Authority NHS Foundation Trust. She is the Associate Medical Director for Women's Health. Previous roles included the college tutor for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists looking after the training doctors within East Kent and the Training Programme Director for Health Education Kent Surrey and Sussex.
Zo� is an expert and has gained further qualifications in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery (keyhole), colposcopy (assessment and treatment of abnormal smears), vulvoscopy (assessing vulval and vaginal symptoms), and early pregnancy and gynaecological ultrasound.
Where possible treatment is minimally invasive or 'keyhole' allowing for a quicker return to normal activities and a shorter hospital stay.
