About me
Professor Bruce provides specialist Paediatric ENT and Adult & Paediatric Otology services.
1. Paediatric ENT
Professor Bruce completed a Paediatric ENT Fellowship at the Evelina Children's Hospital, St Thomas' Hospital, London. He completed the remainder of his ENT training in Manchester. As a specialist Paediatric ENT surgeon he manages all aspects of ear, nose and throat disorders in children at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. He is regularly asked to deliver invited lectures at major international medical conferences reflecting his reputation as a leading Paediatric ENT surgeon. He is a member of the Standing Scientific Committee of the European Society for Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology (http://www.espo.eu.com/standing-scientific-committee-members/).
2. Adult & Paediatric Otology
Professor Bruce provides a service for adults and children with hearing loss, imbalance, ear infections and other ear problems. He provides a comprehensive hearing implant service, including Cochlear Implants and Bone Conduction Implants/Bone Anchored Hearing Aids. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Cochlear Implants International journal (http://www.tandfonline.com/action/journalInformation?show=editorialBoard&journalCode=ycii20).
