I have been working as an NHS Consultant Spine Surgeon at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopedic Hospital, Oswestry since 2010. I currently manage all aspects of spinal disorders in the Centre for Spinal Disorders at Oswestry. Besides being proficient in open surgery, I also believe strongly in using Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery wherever possible and safe. I am currently carrying out Fully Endoscopic Spine Surgery (FESS) for lumbar discectomy and decompression for NHS and private patients, besides using Minimally Invasive techniques for spinal fixation and deformity correction.
Areas of interest
• Cervical spine disorders • Radicular pain • Cervical myelopathy • Thoracic spine disorders including deformity • Degenerative back pain • Spinal stenosis • Spinal deformity • Sciatica; Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery; Fully Endoscopic Spine Surgery.
