About me

� Mr Kutty is a specialist in Hip & Knee surgery, accepting referrals for all hip and knee conditions, including trauma and sports-related injuries. He performs both standard and complex hip and knee replacements. He has a special interest in young adults with hip pain who need keyhole surgery and on failed joint replacements requiring revision procedures.
� He currently serves as the Honorary Secretary of the British Hip Society, following his tenure as the Society's first Education Secretary. Additionally, he represents the UK as National Delegate in SICOT�the oldest international orthopaedic association�and acts as Deputy Chief Examiner for the SICOT Diploma Exam. In addition to these international and national roles, he is a Surgical Tutor at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and sits on its Court of Examiners.
� Mr Kutty has received multiple awards, which enabled him to pursue fellowships in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and Canada. He has published extensively and reviews for several international orthopaedic journals. Presently, he is the section editor for hip in SICOTJ. He actively participates in numerous specialist societies and is a sought-after speaker both nationally and internationally. His regional involvement in Orthopaedic Training Programmes is considerable; in recognition of his efforts, he has twice been named Trainer of the Year�for the Percival Pott Training Programme in London (2016-17) and for the Murray Matheson award in East of England (2020-21).
� He holds a Master's degree in Orthopaedic Engineering from Cardiff University.
