About me

I am a highly experienced pain consultant with over 10 years of experience working within an exceptionally regarded multidisciplinary pain clinic at my NHS base in Frimley Park hospital.

I completed a prestigious pain fellowship at St Bartholomews hospital, London after gaining experience of pain management at St Thomas’ and Kings College hospitals

I work within a busy practice seeing over 1000 patients a year both in the NHS and privately. He is one of the leading pain management consultants in Surrey and Hampshire who has been instrumental in the introduction of several innovative pain management techniques for his patients including the use of Botox treatment for migraine and the use of Capsacin patch therapy for nerve pain. I lead in the area of research and education within pain management and am regularly invited as faculty for international conferences.

I am part of the court of examiners for the Faculty of Pain Medicine and is a Royal College of Anaesthetists representative at consultant interview panels. I am a committee member of the Interventional pain Group of the British Pain Society and Course Director of the International Ultrasound guided Pain Interventions Workshop at the Royal College of Physicians.

I have helped organise several national and international courses to train pain management doctors improve their skills and have a special interest in ultrasound guided pain management techniques.

I employ a collaborative approach working with a team of highly skilled specialist pain physiotherapists and psychologists in partnership with patients to help manage their pain.
I believe that pain management is best delivered using a patient centred holistic approach within a multidisciplinarary setting.
I am regarded as an authority in the field of pain management and am an established medicolegal expert who provides reports on matters of clinical negligence and personal injury to the courts.
