About me
Osteopathy (Structural and Cranial)
Caroline Vass is a registered Osteopath, graduating from the British School of Osteopathy (University College of Osteopathy) in 2005.
Caroline treats pain in people of all ages, including expectant mothers and their babies, athletes wanting to be fit to compete and individuals who want to continue with their hobbies and activities. Her approach to treatment is through hands on treatment such as massage and joint manipulation, but she also strongly believes in postural education and the prescription of exercises, which allows the individual to better understand and manage their own health and wellbeing.
Caroline has a particular interest in working with people who are living with degenerative hips, whether they are awaiting surgery or have recently undergone the operation. Her interest comes from personal experience of the procedure and her journey back to full fitness.
Caroline is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy.
