About me

With over 20 years of experience in both the NHS and private practice, I provide evidence-based, personalised dietary advice for children, adolescents and adults.

I specialise in gut health, including managing food allergies and intolerances, IBS, SIBO, coeliac disease and diverticular disease. I have completed specialist training at King's College London, enabling me to provide expert low FODMAP guidance to support digestive health and improve the microbiome.

I also have extensive experience supporting adults before and after weight loss surgery, including gastric bypass and gastric sleeve, and providing dietary guidance for those using weight loss medications. I focus on practical strategies to optimise nutrition and support long-term, sustainable health changes.

For children and teenagers, I support families concerned about food allergies or intolerances by helping identify potential triggers, providing practical strategies to manage restricted diets, and ensuring adequate nutrition for healthy growth. I also support children with restricted eating behaviours, faltering growth, weight management challenges, coeliac disease, or nutritional deficiencies, tailoring advice to each child's needs.

Each consultation is practical and supportive, helping you feel confident and equipped to make changes that improve digestive health and overall wellbeing.
