About me

I have been qualified as a Clinical Psychologist for over 17 years working in the public and private sectors with a wide range of psychological difficulties. While the majority of my NHS career was based in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, my private work has allowed me to offer assessments and therapy interventions to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

As part of my doctoral training, I have undertaken training in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Systemic Family Therapy. The way I work however, is integrative, giving me the flexibility to offer bespoke interventions, tailoring treatment to individual's needs.
