About me

I am a recognised Mlduk Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist.

I am both Vodder MLD /CDT trained in therapies 2&3 which I obtained in 2006 and have reviewed biannually in this until 2018 I trained in FG Fill and Flush MLD at the LTA school.

I review biannually with the LTA, the last one being Feb 25.

I specialise in MLD for Lymphoedema , Lipoedema , venous oedema and Post op Recovery as well as Wellbeing.

I use an holistic approach with my clients offering both Deep Oscillation therapy with the MLD when I feel it necessary, taping if required, low level laser therapy and breathing therapy as well as a plethora of techniques to help clients address their lymphatic issues.

I can advise on and can measure for medical compression grade garments.

I am equipped to perform compression bandage therapy as and when it is necessary.
