About me
Highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years working in this field since qualifying. My therapeutic approach is both eclectic and integrative; that is I draw upon a range of clinical and therapeutic approaches (including exploratory psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic and family therapy) and tailor my assessment and interventions uniquely to each individual client. All my work is strongly evidence based; drawing upon a rich body of research evidence, and I am a Visiting Professor at the University of Loughborough, Work and Health Research Centre.
